Black Bassment is a six-piece band that formed in the fall of 2022 by longtime friends and Generation Gap bandmates Scott Hinton and Dave Schordock. Once the vibe was out there, things fell into place and the rest of the members joined.

Black Bassment is Cleveland-based and plays a unique blend of Soul-Funk-R&B music. The band has been performing in Northeast Ohio since forming in the fall of 2022. The band includes Jason Roller - Lead Vocals, David Rothenburg - Keys, Dave Schordock - Rhythm Guitar and Vocals, John Webb - Lead Guitar and Vocals, Scott Hinton - Drums and Seth Reimer - Bass and Vocals

Expect music from Bill Withers, The Meters, the Isley Brothers, Billy Preston, Stevie Wonder, Black Pumas, and Jerry Garcia
